At My Team, we appreciate the many lenses that characterize the whole child. By combining our areas of expertise, we can exponentially improve our ability to understand and help children. The first experts that parents partner with often pave the road for the way the child is ultimately understood and supported. By coming together, we can appreciate the various ways of understanding child development, and ultimately, create a comprehensive and integrated road map of the best path forward.
OUR VISION
Experts in child development are invaluable. Each has an area of expertise, be it psychology, occupational therapy, speech and language, behavior, or academics. The inherent challenge is that each professional has a lens through which they see children. While each area of expertise has a great deal of depth, the breadth required for understanding the scope of child development is often lacking.
